
Nora Nadjarian
Nora Nadjarian is an award-winning Cypriot poet and short story writer who writes both in Greek and English. Her work has been mentioned or published in newspapers in England, Ireland and Germany (Guardian, Telegraph, Irish Times and Der Tagesspiegel), and she has been commended or won prizes in numerous international competitions.
She has had three poetry books/pamphlets published: The Voice at the Top of the Stairs (2001), Cleft in Twain (2003) and 25 Ways to Kiss a Man (2004), as well as three short story books Ledra Street (2006), Girl, Wolf, Bones (2011) and Selfie (2017).
Her work in Greek has been published in various newspapers and anthologies in Cyprus, and her first book of short stories in Greek Η Θάλασσα θα είναι λίγο ταραγμένη (2021) was shortlisted for the Cyprus National Literature Prize.
